CATERING MENU - 2022/2023
ORDERS MUST BE PLACED 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE. Our minimum for catering orders is $500. We can make exceptions if the order is placed more than 14 days in advance. This is important because fresh fish is a limited commodity. To make your party fabulous, we use this advance notice in order to provide the freshest fish.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER? For a sit-down meal, we recommend a little more than a third pound of protein per person (or a half-pound for true joy). For reference, if you’re going to mimic our in-house mix-plates for every ten (10) people we recommend that you order:
Approx 3-4lbs of protein. (Either poke, cooked protein, or a mix).
2.5lbs. of macaroni salad
2.5lbs. of kim chee cucumbers
For larger and longer parties (25+ people, 2 hours+) we also recommend adding on a wide variety of our snack, drink, and dessert options.
Special requests and oversized orders may require additional time or fees.
DO YOU DELIVER? We can deliver through a third-party courier service, which is available for an additional charge. We’ll need the date, time, delivery contact information, and a general idea of the order size before we can give specific quotes for a delivery fee.
